One of the “faces” of our hotel is the uniforms worn by our staff. We consider our uniforms to be a “walking interior.”
For the uniforms worn in the lobby and at the front desk, we chose a dark navy “shadow stripe” fabric with the concept of “approachability” and “luxury.” The design is based on a traditional British classic style, but with a modern slim silhouette. The uniforms were designed to match the warm and elegant atmosphere of our main lobby. Of course, functionality was also taken into consideration. For example, the doorman’s uniform features reflective material for safety during nighttime shifts.
We also created a “Uniform Styling & Grooming Manual” to ensure that our staff look their best in their respective roles, which in turn helps us provide a pleasant and comfortable service experience.
