Since 2004, Keio Plaza Hotel has been offering an audio service called the “Audio Induction Loop System” in our Banquet Rooms. This system has been well received by guests who have difficulty hearing, allowing them to fully enjoy the wedding celebration.
The system amplifies the sound from the microphone in the Banquet Room and transmits it directly to hearing aids or receivers equipped with the audio induction loop technology. By providing receivers to grandparents and other elderly guests, they can clearly hear important audio such as the speeches of the guests of honor, the voices of the bride and groom, and congratulatory messages from friends.
In addition to this audio support, Keio Plaza Hotel offers a wide range of universal services to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all guests. These services include assistance for guests with visual impairments, wheelchair accessibility, help with moving from the wedding venue to other areas within the hotel, and the availability of universal rooms.
