To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Keio Plaza Hotel, we created a wedding menu called “mariaile”. This authentic French full course menu was created by our Executive Chef Shinichi Sato, who cherished the traditional flavors of Keio Plaza Hotel and added his own unique touch from his years of experience.
Even after many years, the food and service on your special day will leave a lasting impression on your guests. Chef Sato was fortunate to have been mentored by the esteemed Honorary Executive Chef of French Cuisine in Japan, Hirochika Midorikawa, and spent nearly 40 years refining his skills. The menu was created with a sincere wish that you and your guests will enjoy a delicious meal together.
We also offer customized and made-to-order menus to suit the tastes of the bride and groom. Each dish is crafted with the hope of creating a memorable dining experience that reflects the couple’s unique story.
Since opening the first permanent chapel in a hotel in Japan, the Plaza Chapel, in 1975, Keio Plaza Hotel has been constantly innovating and bringing new ideas to hotel weddings. Our history is a testament to our commitment to fulfilling the wishes of couples who want a wedding that is uniquely theirs, and to providing the highest level of hospitality to all our guests.
Even in times when gathering in large groups is difficult, we have proposed a new wedding concept called “2 STEP WEDDING”. This original wedding plan allows for two separate celebrations on different days or times, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all. We look forward to continuing to create new and meaningful wedding memories for you.
