Keio Plaza Hotel has aimed to be the No. 1 hotel for MICE events, which encompass international conferences and corporate incentive tours. We started by bringing everything to the site, including more than 2,000 chairs and 250 tables.
From table settings to cooking, everything was done in a makeshift kitchen set up within the venue. The banquet, which offered table service in the same style as that of a hotel, from Japanese-style appetizers to main courses and desserts, was very well received by our guests.
The catering service, on an unprecedented scale, was accomplished through the combined efforts of a large staff including chefs, waiters, waitresses, sound and lighting technicians, and engineers. The event, which was highly praised for Keio Plaza Hotel 's overall capabilities, teamwork, and meticulous hospitality, including their consideration for vegetarians, concluded with expressions of delight from guests.
