At our live kitchen, located in the Super Buffet Glass Court on the ２F of the Main Tower, chefs prepare and serve fresh, hot dishes right in front of you. This style of dining, which has become quite popular, was pioneered by Keio Plaza Hotel.
When we opened in 2003, buffet restaurants with live kitchens were very rare. We took advantage of our unique position as a hotel offering a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine to create a diverse menu and an exciting, interactive dining experience. This garnered attention within the industry and became the prototype for many hotel buffets that followed. To date, over 4.2 million guests have dined with us. No matter when or with whom you visit, our restaurant is sure to provide a fun and satisfying experience, making it one of the faces of Keio Plaza Hotel.
After 15 years, in January 2019, we completed a major renovation of Glass Court, elevating the enjoyment of dining through the five senses. We increased the number of live kitchen stations, allowing guests to interact with chefs and pastry chefs to customize dishes and desserts to their liking. These new and exciting features can be enjoyed throughout the restaurant.
