In 2012, we began selling original low-carb sweets, created by our hotel pastry chefs, which have since become a long-standing favorite among our customers.
The inspiration for these sweets came from the voices of guests who were on low-carb diets or were conscious of their carb intake, expressing their desire to enjoy delicious cakes occasionally and to share these moments with their loved ones.
Our low-carb sweets are made without wheat flour, which is high in carbs, and instead incorporate soy products such as tofu, soy flour, and soy milk, significantly reducing the carb content. The shortcake, made with tofu in the sponge, has a moist texture and is a delightful treat. Our low-carb Christmas cake, "Low-Carb Fraisier," has become a holiday favorite, with 70% less carbs but still plenty of sweetness, earning rave reviews as a "dream-like cake."
