Banquets & Conferences

I am considering having a party at a hotel venue.: We can arrange Banquet Room to suit your group size. We also offer seasonal party plans that include food and drinks. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Can we hold a post-memorial service banquet?: Yes, we can. We can prepare meals that suit your memorial service, and also arrange for gifts.
Can I use your facilities for meetings only?: We have various venues available to accommodate different group sizes and seating arrangements.
We also offer rental services for items necessary for meetings, such as projectors and screens.
Can you provide catering for banquets?: Yes, we can. Our specialized staff will meet with you to discuss the purpose of your gathering, budget, venue, and other details.

What can I do?: You can use the internet for general purposes, as well as IP-based communication between Banquet Rooms.
Are there any charges?: You can use it free of charge. However, please consult us for paid settings for security configurations between Banquet Rooms or for special network usage.
In which Banquet Rooms can I use this?: Some Banquet Rooms may not be available. Please check with your banquet coordinator for details.
What do I need to use LAN?: For use, a LAN cable and a computer with built-in Ethernet support (10BASE-T/100BASE-TX/1000BASE-T) or a LAN card are required. (We generally do not lend out computers.)
Is the connection setup complicated?: If your computer is set to automatically obtain an "IP address" and "DNS server address", you can start using the internet simply by connecting the cable.
Can you set up my laptop?: You will need to configure your computer settings.
Can I use the internet even if I am not subscribed to a provider?: You can use the internet through our contracted provider.
Can I send and receive emails?: You will be able to send and receive emails through the provider you are contracted with, but please check as some providers can only send and receive emails when connected through the same provider. Using webmail is also an option.
Is there Wi-Fi?: We have prepared.
Can I use a mobile phone in the Banquet Room and guest rooms?: In principle, we do not allow communication.

Service contents are subject to change without notice.
If you are using special communication methods, please conduct a connection test in advance. Please consult your banquet coordinator for the testing procedure.
If you would like to set up security between Banquet Rooms, use a fixed IP, prevent internet access, use a global IP, or have other special requests,
please consult with your Banquet Room coordinator as prior arrangements and LAN configuration changes are required.

Please inform us of your requests at the time of the meeting. (Please have the meeting at least 2 weeks in advance.)
