Scheduled Power Outage for Electrical Equipment Inspection

On Wednesday, May 6, 2026 (a substitute holiday), the entire building will be closed from 11:00 PM until approximately 7:00 AM the following morning due to a mandatory electrical equipment inspection.
*Please note that the restaurant Le clair２F will not be open for breakfast or lunch on Thursday, May 7th.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

    • Late check-out is available upon request (for an additional fee).

  • Cancel Reservation

    In accordance with the Keio Plaza Hotel Accommodation Agreement, cancellation fees will be charged as follows.

    2 days before the scheduled stay: 50% of the room rate
    1 day before the scheduled stay: 80% of the room rate
    On the day of the scheduled stay: 100% of the room rate
    No show without notice: 100% of the room rate
