What types of credit cards are accepted?

We accept VISA, MASTER, AMEX, DC, UC, JCB, NICOS, SAISON, Diners Club, Keio PASSPORT and other cards.

I would like to give a gift certificate for your hotel.

We offer gift certificates that can be used at Keio Plaza Hotel Chain (Shinjuku, Hachioji, Sapporo) for accommodation, banquets, and at our directly operated restaurants & bars.

Can I enter the hotel wearing jeans and a T-shirt? (Dress Code)

There is no particular dress code in the lobby. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing yukata (casual summer kimono), bathrobes, or slippers outside of your guest room.

Can you exchange foreign currency?

Available at the front desk. Please note that we do not handle traveler’s checks.

Can I take photos and videos inside the hotel?

Personal commemorative photos and casual snapshots are allowed. However, if you wish to conduct a photo shoot for the purpose of media coverage or for commercial purposes, prior application and approval from the hotel is required. For more details, please check here.

Can I use the hotel as a filming location?

Photography in public areas is prohibited. For inquiries regarding interviews and filming, please check here.
