About Your Stay

Please tell me the nearest station and the time it takes to get there.

Immediately north of JR Hachioji Station, and a 3-minute walk from Keio Hachioji Station.

Do you have a parking lot? What is the usage fee?

Our parking lot can accommodate 154 vehicles. The parking fee is 300 yen for every 30 minutes (200 yen for every 60 minutes from 24:00 to 8:00).
For banquet (excluding conference and exhibition use) usage, parking is free for up to 3 hours (6 hours for wedding ceremonies). For restaurant usage, parking is free for up to 3 hours, and for hotel guests, it is available for 1,000 yen per night.

Is there room service?

Unfortunately, there are no convenience stores in the hotel vicinity. However, there is a convenience store within a 1-minute walk from the hotel.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 11:00.
These times may differ depending on the plan you use. Please contact our accommodation reservation for more details.

Can I connect to the internet in my room?

We offer free internet access via wireless LAN in all guest rooms during your stay. After connecting to the designated access point, you will be able to access the internet by entering your ID and password.
For the wireless section between the Wi-Fi access point and your device, we use WPA-Mixed, which covers both WPA2-AES, the most secure encryption method currently available, and its predecessor, WPA-TKIP.

When do cancellation fees apply and how much are they?

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellation fees will apply as follows:

For up to 10 rooms

If you contact us up to 3 days before your scheduled stay... Free of charge.

If you contact us the day before your scheduled stay… 80% of the accommodation fee
If you contact us on the day of your scheduled stay… 100% of the accommodation fee
(5) In case of no-show without prior notice... 100% of the accommodation fee

When applying for 11 to 30 rooms

If you contact us 21 days prior to your scheduled stay date… Free of charge.

（3）ご宿泊予定日の3日前までにご連絡いただいた場合……料金の20％
（4）ご宿泊予定日の2日前までにご連絡いただいた場合……料金の50％

For 31 rooms or more

If you contact us up to 31 days before your scheduled stay date... Free of charge.
