Le clair, a restaurant at Keio Plaza Hotel Hachioji, as well as our banquet kitchen, obtained the JFS (Food Service) certification, a food safety management standard based on the international HACCP guidelines, on May 14, 2026. This certification was acquired to ensure that our customers can dine with peace of mind.
About “JFS Standard (Food Service)”
The JFS Standard (Food Service) is a certification standard that recognizes efforts in food safety management. It is composed of elements from Food Safety Management System (FSM), Hazard Control (HACCP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This certification proves that the certified entity meets the requirements of these three components.
