At Teppan-yaki <Yamanami>, we serve fresh vegetables from “Ethical Vegetables Hachioji (Eshi-Beji)” in our appetizers and grilled vegetables. These vegetables are sourced from agricultural producers who are working in collaboration with the welfare of the disabled.

Our chefs visit the farms directly and use fresh vegetables grown in collaboration with agricultural producers who are engaged in “Nou-Fuku” (Agriculture and Welfare) initiatives.
