- What types of membership does Keio Plaza Hotel offer?

Keio Plaza Hotel Chain (Shinjuku, Hachioji, Sapporo) offers an "Executive Card" that can be used at these locations.
- Executive Card [No Credit Function]
- Executive Card [with credit function (VISA)]
- Cards with credit functions (VISA) take approximately one month from application to card issuance.
In addition, all Keio Plaza Hotel membership cards can be displayed and used as a “Digital Executive Card” on the “My Page” section of our website.
- Can anyone join?

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
For those under 18, membership is only available with the consent of a parent or guardian. (For Executive Cards with credit functions, membership is limited to individuals aged 18 and above residing in Japan.) - I would like to join. What should I do?

If you wish to become a member, there are two methods available.

- Is there an entrance fee or annual membership fee?

Available for membership with no annual fee. - Executive Card [with credit function (VISA)]
An annual fee of 262 yen (tax included) will be charged as per the credit card company's regulations. However, the annual fee will be waived if the card is used at least once in a year.

Please note that the Executive Card is valid only for the registered cardholder. We kindly ask that you use your own membership card.
- Can a corporation register for membership?

Membership is available only to individuals; corporate registrations are not permitted.
- I joined the hotel membership program through the hotel website, but I have not received any confirmation of my membership registration. What should I do?

- For cards with credit functions (VISA), it takes about one month from application to card issuance. Once the registration process is complete, we will sequentially send out notifications of completed membership registration via email. Please note that the registration process may take a minimum of two business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and the year-end and New Year period). If you have set up spam filters or domain-specific email reception, please add 【@keioplaza.co.jp】 to your allowed senders list.

The design of the membership card may vary depending on the time and location of enrollment.

- Members who have a physical membership card (plastic card) can also use the "Digital Executive Card" through their "My Page".

- I lost my membership card. Can I get a reissue?

As of Thursday, August 1, 2024, we have discontinued reissuing plastic cards. Please use the "Digital Executive Card," which can be displayed and used on devices such as smartphones.
For customers who possess a membership card with credit functions, please contact your respective credit card company promptly.

Members who possess a membership card (plastic card) can continue to use it.
- Do Executive Cards have an expiration date?

As long as you continue to use Keio Plaza Hotel, there is no expiration date.
However, if you do not use it at any Keio Plaza Hotel chain for five years, your membership will be invalidated.
About The Stage
- Please tell me about the stage program.

There are three stages based on the total amount spent in one year from the month of enrollment.
- Bloom Stage
- Prime Stage ... Annual Spending of 100,000 yen or more
- Royal Stage ... Annual spending of 300,000 yen or more
- Starting month... The month that serves as the basis for the calculation period. It varies by member, so please check on “My Page” or contact the membership office.
- The total amount will be calculated based on the prices before tax.
- Depending on the conditions such as reservations made through travel agencies, and some excluded products and stores, certain amounts may not be eligible for this offer.
- Is there a way to find out the amount required to upgrade to the next stage?

The validity period for Prime Stage and Royal Stage is three years.
The expiration date of the stage can be checked on “My Page” or by contacting the membership office. - What should I do to maintain my stage even after the expiration date?

If you meet the annual spending requirements for either Prime Stage or Royal Stage during any one of the three years, you will be able to maintain the same stage for three years after the expiration date.
If you do not meet the annual spending requirements for any of the stages during the three years, you will be downgraded according to your spending amount.
About Plaza THANKS Points

- How can I use my PLAZA THANKS points?

- Points can be used towards payment
When staying at Keio Plaza Hotel chain, or using restaurants, bars, and lounges (excluding Sushi Kyubey), points can be applied towards your bill at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen, starting from 1 point. Please note that no points will be accrued on the amount paid with points. - Points exchange products
You can exchange your points for hotel gifts, accommodation vouchers, and meal vouchers. Here Please see.

- Please tell me about the expiration date of the PLAZA THANKS points.

The validity period of the Plaza THANKS Points is a total of three years, including one year of accumulation from the starting month. The expiration date can be checked on “My Page” or by contacting the membership office.
- How can I check my PLAZA THANKS points balance?

You can check your balance of Plaza THANKS Points on “My Page”.
It is also printed on the usage statement that we provide when you stay with us or use the eligible stores.
Alternatively, please contact the membership office. - Can family members transfer or combine points?

Points accumulated on different member cards cannot be transferred or combined. Only one member card can be applied per transaction.

- 2. Confirmation and Change of Registered Information (Information Provided at Time of Membership Registration)

About Registration Information
- How can I change my address?

You can change your information from “My Page”. Alternatively, please contact the membership office directly.
Members who have a credit card function on their membership card, please contact your credit card company directly. - Can I change the name of the member?

We are unable to process name changes for membership accounts.
If you are changing your name due to marriage or other reasons, please contact the membership service center directly. Members who possess a credit card with the membership account must also contact the credit card company directly. - How can I cancel my membership?

We accept membership cancellation applications through “My Page”. Alternatively, please contact the membership office directly from the member’s side.
If you have a member card with credit function, please contact the credit card company directly from the member’s side.
However, we will only accept cancellation requests from family members in the event that the member has passed away. Please contact the membership office.
All points held at the time of cancellation will be forfeited.

About Keio Passport Card
- Can I use Keio Passport Card?

Keio Plaza Hotel Chain is a member of the Keio Point Service. We accept both point accumulation and payment.
Please note that the “Plaza THANKS Points” program of Keio Plaza Hotel and the “Keio Points” program of Keio Passport Club are separate programs. Therefore, overlapping use of “Plaza THANKS Points” and “Keio Points” is not permitted, so please choose one of the points.
