In September 2021, we were certified under the “Barrier-Free Mind Certification System for Tourism Facilities” established by the Japan Tourism Agency, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

Keio Plaza Hotel has endorsed "The Valuable 500(*)", an initiative promoting the advancement of persons with disabilities. We actively conduct various in-house training sessions and projects to ensure that each of our staff members can provide services that truly resonate with our guests, and make appropriate suggestions.
