Chocolate Christmas Wreath
To Brighten Your Holy Night
A beautiful chocolate Christmas wreath that lights up the winter night. The base of the wreath is made from our hotel's traditional almond sable, “Stangen”, and it is adorned with colorful chocolate ornaments such as roses, apples, red currants, and acorns. Hidden beneath the wreath are 10 mini cakes in 5 different flavors, resembling candles.

Our evolved Bûche de Noël features a white owl standing in a quiet winter forest. The leaves that the owl is resting on are made of layered gianduja, and beneath them are two rich, high-cacao chocolate cakes: a terrine chocolate with a hint of orange peel bitterness, and a cherry-infused Forêt Noire.

Gentle Lights of The White Church
Fruit & Cheese Hymn
This white cake was inspired by the Rosary Chapel, which was designed by the famous artist Henri Matisse. The apricot and orange colors are reminiscent of the gentle light that shines through the chapel's stained glass windows. The cake is layered with fruit jelly and wrapped in a tonka bean-scented cheese mousse, making it a perfect and elegant treat for Christmas Eve.
