A beautiful chocolate Christmas wreath that lights up the winter night. The base of the wreath is made from our hotel's traditional almond sable, “Stangen”, and it is adorned with colorful chocolate ornaments such as roses, apples, red currants, and acorns. Hidden beneath the wreath are 10 mini cakes in 5 different flavors, resembling candles.

The leaves that the owl is resting on are made of layered gianduja, and beneath them are two rich, high-cacao chocolate cakes: a terrine chocolate with a hint of orange peel bitterness, and a cherry-infused Forêt Noire.

Our Christmas cake features delicate chocolate decorations in the shape of a Christmas wreath and candles. The wreath is made entirely of chocolate, and the decorations such as roses, apples, red currants, acorns, and leaves are all edible and delicious. The base of the wreath is made from our hotel's traditional almond sable, “Stangen,” and beneath it are five mini cakes, each with a different flavor, wrapped in chocolate film.

CHOCOLAT DE NOËL
This is an evolved Bush de Noel, with an owl motif watching over the quiet night of a deep winter forest. Our pastry chefs used a generous amount of high-cacao chocolate, carefully selected for its aroma and flavor, to create a taste befitting the Christmas season. Inside the chocolate bark, which mimics tree bark, are two hidden flavors: a rich chocolate terrine with a hint of bittersweet orange peel, and a cherry-infused Black Forest cake. On top, a white owl made of white chocolate sits quietly on a bed of gianduja, representing the dense branches and leaves of a tree.

Our traditional Mont Blanc, loved by many guests for years, is presented in a special Christmas edition. This traditional style Mont Blanc features an almond sponge soaked in plenty of Kirsch, a rich chestnut mousse, and an original vermicelle made from three types of chestnuts, carefully piped one by one. Enjoy the rich flavors of chestnut and Kirsch.

STOLLEN
Keio Plaza Hotel's authentic German Christmas pastry, Stollen, is made from a recipe passed down from our first German chef. The rich and moist dough is soaked in plenty of butter, and contains dried fruits and nuts soaked in rum, spices, and marzipan. The dough is carefully prepared, baked, and cooled, then dusted with a layer of powdered sugar, taking approximately 10 days to complete. We hope you enjoy this deep and rich flavor by sharing it with your family and friends as you await the arrival of Christmas.

GREEN TEA STOLLEN
This exquisite Japanese-style stollen features a rich matcha (green tea) dough sweetened with wasanbon sugar, and is adorned with Japanese ingredients such as glazed chestnuts, black soybeans from the Tanba region, and tebou beans. Compared to regular stollen, it contains approximately three times more marzipan (based on our company's products), resulting in a moister texture and a luxurious melt-in-your-mouth experience. After savoring the refined sweetness of wasanbon, enjoy the lingering aroma of matcha combined with the delightful texture of tebou beans and black soybeans.

PANETTONE
Our panettone is made with homemade yeast, giving it a rich and flavorful dough, and is filled with an abundance of dried fruits such as orange, cranberry, and currants. This traditional Italian Christmas bread is enjoyed in many different ways, from breakfast to dessert. We hope you enjoy the rich flavor and texture of our panettone, made with a homemade yeast starter.
