- I would like to use a Banquet Room for a Buddhist memorial service.

Recently, memorial services held at hotels have become more common. We have memorial service plans available, so please feel free to consult us. Please note that we do not allow incense burning (Shōkō. For sutra chanting (dokkyo), please consult us.)
- What is the maximum capacity?

- How far in advance can I make a reservation?

We have been accepting reservations since a year ago.
- Can I make a reservation just before my stay?

Please make your reservation at least one week in advance due to arrangement requirements, depending on venue availability. For reservations made within one week, please consult us.
- Are there any smoking banquet facilities?

In accordance with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Passive Smoking Prevention Ordinance (amended Health Promotion Act), all banquet facilities (Banquet Room, foyers, etc.) will be non-smoking except for designated smoking areas.
Please be informed that our hotel considers “heated tobacco” and “electronic cigarettes” to be equivalent to regular tobacco, and their use is prohibited in areas other than designated smoking areas. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy is in place to prevent any misunderstandings among our guests.

- Are there any charges?

You can use it for free. However, please consult us for special network configurations or security settings between Banquet Rooms, as these may incur additional charges.
- In which Banquet Rooms can I use this?

Available in all Banquet Room. There are one to two LAN outlets, depending on the venue. A switch hub is required for multiple devices.
- Can you set up my laptop?

You will need to configure your computer settings.
- How many can be used at the same time?

The maximum number of devices that can connect simultaneously across all Banquet Rooms is 4,550.
- Is there Wi-Fi service?

Wi-Fi service can be set up for each banquet. Please consult your reservation manager in advance.
- Can I use a mobile phone in the Banquet Room and guest rooms?

There is no communication system between the Banquet Rooms and guest rooms.
- What is the internet connection speed?

Both the Wi-Fi and wired LAN connections have a maximum speed of 30 Mbps and 1 Gbps respectively (shared between Banquet Rooms and internet communication).
Please note that these are best-effort speeds and actual speeds may vary depending on network usage within the hotel and internet congestion. - What is your IP address?

Private IP addresses are assigned via DHCP. For external communication, we use one-to-many NAT (Network Address Translation) to map addresses. Due to NAT, there may be some restrictions depending on the application.
- Is it possible to use a global IP?

Separate lines can be provided for an additional fee. Please speak to a reservation representative in advance.
- Can I use a client-type VPN?

We have had past achievements with Cisco/Juniper/Sonicwall clients, but we recommend conducting a connection test in the local environment beforehand.
- What security measures are in place?

All of our Banquet Rooms have file sharing capabilities. We have firewalls in place between the external network and our internal network.
- Do you have a dedicated line?

This can be arranged, but there will be an additional cost. Please consult with our reservation staff in advance for details.
- If you are using special communication methods, please conduct a connection test in advance. Please consult your banquet coordinator for the testing procedure.
- If you would like to set up security between Banquet Rooms, use a fixed IP, disable internet access, use a global IP, or have any other special requests, please consult with your banquet coordinator as prior arrangements and LAN configuration changes will be necessary.
