About Our Facilities
- Is there a post office in the hotel?

There is no post office in the hotel, but we have a mailbox at the front desk (mail is collected 3 times a day).
- Can I purchase Tokyo Disney Resort tickets at the hotel?

We do not sell these items in the hotel. However, we can guide you to nearby stores that carry them.
- Are there any convenience stores or drugstores nearby?

There is a convenience store on the 2F of the South Tower and a drugstore on the lobby floor.
- Do you accept courier services?

We accept courier service arrangements at the Bell Captain Desk on the lobby floor. We also have boxes and bags (for a fee) available for shipping.
- What payment methods can I use at the hotel?

Various credit cards (AMEX, JCB, VISA, etc.) and cashless payment methods (PayPay, Rakuten Pay, etc.) are accepted.
- Is wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) available in the hotel?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building. You can enjoy it comfortably in guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, Banquet Room, the lobby, and other areas.
Fitness, Pool & Relaxation
- Do you have a Fitness Room?

We have a fitness room on the 7th floor of the Main Tower exclusively for hotel guests. Shoes and clothing are not available for rental.
- Is there a pool?

We have an outdoor pool on the 7th floor of the Main Tower, open only during the summer season.
- Do you have massage services?

We offer relaxation services at THE SKY SALON on the 34th floor of the South Tower. Similar services are also available in guest rooms, so please make a reservation upon arrival.
