Access & Transportation

Please tell me how to access the hotel by car.

Take the Metropolitan Expressway Route 4 and exit at “Shinjuku Ramp”. Turn right at the Chuo Park North intersection, then turn right at the second traffic light (Gijidou North). Our hotel will be on the left side about 200 meters ahead.

If I am coming to the hotel by train, please tell me the nearest station and exit.

The nearest station to the hotel is the JR Shinjuku Station West Exit and Toei Oedo Line, Tocho-mae Station Exit B1.

Is it possible to park a microbus or a small bus?

Our parking can accommodate vehicles up to 2.08m in width, 2.1m in height, and 6.0m in length. For vehicles with a height between 2.2m and 2.8m, please make a reservation as we have limited spaces available.

Are there direct buses connecting Haneda Airport and Narita Airport to the hotel?

Airport limousine buses (paid service) are available. We accept reservations for buses from the hotel to the airport, but cannot make reservations for buses from the airport to the hotel.

I will arrive at Haneda Airport after 11:00 p.m.. Please tell me the transportation options to the hotel.

Please use train or taxi. If you take the train, please take the Keikyu Line to Shinagawa Station, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line, and get off at Shinjuku Station. It is about a 5-minute walk from the West Exit of Shinjuku Station.

Please tell me how to get to Fumotoya.

Please exit the hotel from 2F entrance on the north side of Main Tower and go down the stairs. Wheelchair users should go to the Guest Relations Office 3F. A staff member will assist you.

Can I smoke inside the hotel?

Smoking rooms are located on the 3rd floor of the  Main Tower and 2nd floor of the South Tower. Heat-not-burn and electronic cigarettes may only be used in these smoking rooms.

Are there any items that can be borrowed at the hotel?

We offer complimentary rentals of wheelchairs, baby strollers, umbrellas, and more. As quantities are limited, we recommend making a reservation in advance.

Please tell me about the barrier-free facilities in the hotel.

Keio Plaza Hotel has incorporated barrier-free design throughout the entire building. For more details, please see here.

What credit cards and cashless payments are accepted?

In addition to major credit cards such as AMEX, JCB, VISA, UC, and MASTER, we also accept Rakuten Pay, PayPay, auPay, Merpay, d Payment, Bank Pay, WeChat Pay, AliPay, and UnionPay.

Can gift certificates be used?

JCB, VISA, UC Gift Cards, and more are accepted. Please note that some exceptions may apply. For more details, please contact us.

Is there a business center in the hotel?

Our Business Center, Digital Oasis, is located on the lobby floor. It is equipped with internet-connected PCs, printers, and copiers, and is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m..

Can you exchange foreign currency?

Our automatic currency exchange machine on the lobby floor handles major currencies. Please note that we do not accept traveler’s checks.

Is it possible to take photos or videos inside the hotel?

Commemorative photos for personal use are allowed. For media coverage or commercial photography, prior application and approval are required. For details, please see here.
