Dining FAQ

On the lobby floor, we have <Cocktail & Tea Lounge> and Art Lounge <Duet>, and on the 45th floor of the Main Tower, we have Sky Lounge <Aurora>.

In accordance with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Ordinance on Prevention of Passive Smoking, smoking is prohibited in all restaurants, bars, and lounges except for designated smoking areas. Please refrain from using heated or electronic cigarettes outside of designated smoking areas.

Please let us know the details in advance and we will consult with our head chef to accommodate your request.

We can arrange cakes and bouquets for an additional fee. The contents vary depending on the restaurant.

Please refrain from bringing in your own food, but if you make a reservation at least three days in advance, we can prepare a special cake made by the hotel's pastry chef for your seat.

Food Boutique <Poppins> products can be served at the restaurant. Please order together with your meal.

There are no reservation or table charges. Cancellation fees vary depending on the reservation details and timing.

There are no restaurants, bars or lounges that have a dress code.

There are changing rooms for men and women. The ladies' room also has a powder room and tatami space. For more information, click here.

In addition to the main cloakroom, there are also cloakrooms in some restaurants, bars and lounges.

We will introduce you to a restaurant with a private room that suits your number of people and desired style.

Please note that the restaurant private rooms are only available for meals.

Private rooms normally require a room charge, but we also have special plans that include the room charge.

There are no private rooms in the bar/lounge. Private rooms are only available in the restaurant.
