About Accommodation and Check-in
- Can I check in before 3:00 p.m.?

As a general rule, we do not accept such requests. If possible, reservations must be made the day before and one night's fee will be charged.
- Can I extend my check-out time?

For some rooms excluding Suite Rooms and Japanese-style rooms, we offer late check-out for an additional fee. Please note that late check-out may not be available depending on room availability. Late check-out is not available for day-use plans.
- If I arrive early, can I leave my luggage there?

We will keep your luggage at the bell captain desk on the lobby floor. We will also keep your luggage after check-out.
- Is payment required at check-in?

Please pay your accommodation fees in cash, by credit card, or via cashless payment at check-in. Please settle any additional charges incurred during your stay at check-out.
- Can I use a gift card?

JCB, VISA, UC and other gift cards can be used. Some cards may not be accepted, so please contact us for details.
- Is there a way to check out earlier?

If you settle your bill the day before checkout, you only need to return your card key on the day of checkout.
- Can I send luggage to the hotel?

Please send your luggage to the hotel after making your reservation. We will keep it until your arrival. Please write the guest's name and check-in date on the shipping label.
- Can you send luggage from the hotel?

You can arrange for parcel delivery and postal parcels at the hotel. We also provide shipping boxes and bags (for an additional fee).
- Do you have a lounge?

Guests staying in Premier Grand rooms can enjoy the Club Lounge.
- I'd like to make a reservation for the Disney Resort shuttle bus.

We operate a free shuttle bus exclusively for hotel guests, running daily round trips (approximately 60 minutes each way). As it is a reservation-only service, please make a reservation in advance. For more details, please click here.
About our rooms and accommodations
- What amenities and equipment are available in the rooms?

All rooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, towels, yukata or nightwear, slippers, hair dryer, electric kettle, refrigerator, television, and more.
- Do you provide loungewear?

Depending on the room type, we provide either yukata or one-piece nightwear.
- Can I use the internet in my room?

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. To connect, you will need to enter your ID and password.
- Do you have items for rent?

We provide rental items such as desk lamps, cutlery, and wine glasses. All rooms are equipped with an air purifier with humidifier function, and an iron and ironing board.
- What kind of channels can I watch on the TV?

In addition to terrestrial channels, you can also enjoy NHK-BS, CNN, BBC, Discovery Channel, and broadcasts in Chinese and Korean.
- Where can I have breakfast?

You can use the restaurant on 2F of Main Tower or in-room dining. The venue may vary depending on the plan. For more information, click here.
- Can I make a reservation for breakfast?

We do not accept reservations for breakfast.
- Do you have single rooms?

We do not have single rooms. If you wish to use a room for single occupancy, we offer double or twin rooms for single use.
- Are there any wheelchair accessible rooms?

- Can I stay with my assistance dog?

Keio Plaza Hotel accepts assistance dogs (guide dogs, service dogs, hearing dogs) throughout the entire hotel. Additionally, we have installed an assistance dog toilet outside the South Tower lobby. For more information, please click here.
- Can I stay with pets?

Pets are not permitted at the hotel.
- Can I specify the room number?

We cannot accept requests for specific room numbers. Your room number will be provided at check-in.
- Can I request rooms next to each other?

We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please understand that this may not be possible depending on your reservation details and the availability on the day of your stay.
- I would like to stay in a room on a higher floor. Is it possible to make a request?

Please let us know your preferences at the time of reservation. If there are vacant rooms at the time of check-in, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences. However, please note that we may not be able to fulfill your request depending on the availability of rooms.
- Are there any child rates?

We do not have special accommodation rates for children. Children in elementary school and above are charged the adult rate. For children below elementary school age, sharing a bed with an adult is free of charge (one child per adult).
- Can I wait for a cancellation?

We do not accept waiting list requests. Please contact our accommodation reservation desk as there may be vacancies from time to time.
