The following venues are compatible with the magnetic loop system Concord Ballroom on the 5th floor of the Main Tower, Nishiki and Ohgi on the 4th floor of the South Tower, Eminence Hall on the 5th floor of the South Tower, Takao and Fuji on the 42nd floor of the Main Tower, and Starlight, Moonlight, and comet on the 43rd floor of the Main Tower.
The microphone's sound can be amplified and only that sound can be heard directly through a compatible hearing aid or dedicated receiver. This can be used when you want to avoid background noise at a buffet party, or when you want to hear the audio clearly at a lecture, or you can even provide a receiver for the grandparents attending a wedding. Receivers can be rented (for a fee) through our banquet staff. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Universal Design Toilet
There are barrier-free toilets on the 2F of the Main Tower (Ostomate-friendly, with a portable bed for adults), 5F of the Main Tower, and 4F of the South Tower.

Parking Area
Wheelchair accessible parking is located on the B1 floor of the South Tower, lot numbers 601 and 602 (total of 4 spaces).
We also recommend using Main Tower 2F and South Tower Building B1F and 2F, as there are no stairs between the parking lot and the elevator hall.
*There are stairs on the 1st and B1 floors Main Tower and on the 1st floor South Tower.
