We have confirmed that some guests who made reservations at our hotel through Booking.com have received suspicious messages via WhatsApp. These messages claim that some booking information is missing and that the reservation may be automatically canceled unless the information is updated within 24 hours. These messages contain links directing to external websites.
Please note that our hotel will never contact guests via messaging apps such as WhatsApp. If you receive any suspicious message, please do not click the link or reply under any circumstances.
We are currently requesting Booking.com to confirm the situation and conduct an investigation. In addition, our hotel is taking the necessary security measures.
