Best Rate Guarantee & Exclusions
Not applicable
- Special room rates for corporate contracts, group use, conferences, and events
- Discounted rates for specific membership organizations such as health and beauty facilities, and credit card members.
- Room rates sold through internet auctions, group purchases, resales, or when the name of the facility is unclear and the facility is unable to ascertain the accommodation information.
- Room rates that require advance payment, such as credit cards, debit cards, electronic payments, coupons, and vouchers
- Discounted rates for consecutive nights, early bird rates with limited reservation periods, and flash sales that are sold for a short period of time.
- Package rates that include transportation, meals, and coupon vouchers
- Plans with check-in/check-out time restrictions and day use rates
- Foreign currency rates calculated at the exchange rate set by the seller (only comparisons in Japanese yen are applicable)

- If you find a room rate on another site that is cheaper than the applicable member rate, the hotel will correct it to the same amount.
- Reservations must be made at least three days prior to your stay at the member rate.
- The request must be made within 24 hours of completing the reservation.
To apply, please fill out the "Best Rate Guarantee Application Form" on our official website and contact Keio Plaza Hotel Reservations within 24 hours of confirming the applicable rate. We will confirm the details of your request within 24 hours of receiving it.
