Service Guide ​

  • Check-in / Check-out

    Check-in:　from 3:00 p.m.
    Check-out:　until 11:00 a.m.

    • This may vary depending on the accommodation plan.
    • Late check-out is available upon request (for an additional fee).
    • Guests who have booked Premier Grand can complete the check-in process at the Club Lounge on the 45th floor of the Main Tower.

  • Cancel Reservation

    In accordance with the Keio Plaza Hotel Accommodation Agreement, cancellation fees will be charged as follows.

    2 days before the scheduled stay: 50% of the room rate
    1 day before the scheduled stay: 80% of the room rate
    On the day of the scheduled stay: 100% of the room rate
    No show without notice: 100% of the room rate

    • Group bookings (11 rooms or more) have different rates. Please contact us by phone for more details.

    We have coin-operated fully automatic washing and drying machines available exclusively for guests.

    We offer a variety of options to cater to your loved ones.

  • Good Neighbor Hotel Shuttle Bus

    We operate a free Good Neighbor Shuttle Bus Hotel shuttle bus that goes directly to Tokyo Disney Resort®.

  • Smooth check-in

    You can use the self-check-in tablets to speed up the check-in process.
