Vegan Mixed Sandwiches

At our Banquet Rooms, we offer a “Vegan Mixed Sandwich” made with plant-based sliced cheese, soy protein ham, and vegan bread.

Vegan Sweets

Instead of using refined sugars like granulated sugar, we used mineral-rich “Sutou” (a type of unrefined sugar). For the tart crust, we used soy milk and soy instead of butter and dairy products. We then topped it with soy whipped cream made from soybeans. Through careful selection of ingredients, we were able to create a vegan sweet that is both delicious and safe to eat.
This tart is available at our Food Boutique, Poppins, and is also served in our Club Lounge.

Upon request, we offer a vegan plate featuring fresh vegetables, rice flour bread, and fruit tarts made with soy milk and soybeans.

Low-Carb Fraisier

This low-carb dessert was born from the feedback of customers who were concerned about carbohydrates, saying, "I want to cut down on carbohydrates, but I still want to enjoy a delicious cake every once in a while." By not using wheat flour, which is high in carbohydrates, and instead incorporating soy products such as tofu, soy flour, and soy milk, we have created a "Low-Carb Fraisier" that cuts carbohydrates by approximately 70%. It is a delicious dessert that can be enjoyed safely even while restricting carbohydrates.
