Disaster Prevention Measures

To ensure that we can respond quickly and accurately in the event of a disaster, we conduct comprehensive disaster prevention training regularly, assuming various situations, including late at night. We also utilize “Mobile Communication Cards” and “Evacuation Flip” in five languages to help convey information smoothly, so that our guests from overseas can stay with peace of mind. Our preparedness for disaster prevention has been recognized, and we have obtained the Tokyo Fire Department’s “Excellent Fire Prevention Target Object Certification” and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Fire Department’s “Fire Prevention Target Object Compliance,” establishing a solid foundation for safety and security at our hotel.

Thorough Implementation of Food Sanitation Management

In order to provide safe and secure cuisine, we have established a “Food Safety Policy” and are working hard to maintain and improve our hygiene management system in accordance with HACCP, as well as striving to raise our standards even further. Through food hygiene seminars and on-site guidance, we are also working to raise the awareness of each individual staff member regarding food safety, and we are committed to ensuring food safety in all processes from the procurement of ingredients to the final serving.
