“Edge” Copenhagen sweets- Born From The Ideas Of Hotel Staff

We have started selling "The Edges of Kopenhagener," which uses scraps generated during the manufacturing process of Kopenhagener, a beloved hotel-made product.
Over the years, we have been implementing various initiatives, including ecology.
The "edge" Copenhagen beer was commercialized based on an idea from a hotel staff member.

These are the edges of our cookies that are produced during the manufacturing process when each cookie is cut by hand.
Although the shapes are not uniform, the deliciousness of the apricot jam that oozes out and the crumbly cookie dough remains unchanged.

“The Edges of Kopenhagener” - A Little Off-Cut Danish Pastry

Since our opening, the Copenhagener has been loved as a traditional taste. It was created by our former head pastry chef, Hartmut Keitel, who added his own unique twist to a pastry he encountered during his training in Denmark, making it an original Nordic-style baked confectionery of our hotel. The Copenhagener is made with an abundance of butter, honey, and almonds, and is baked slowly to achieve a crispy and fragrant exterior, while the inside remains moist and rich. It is a masterpiece from our hotel, delivered to you in a new form to suit the changing times.
