• This campaign is for those who have a LINE account and reside in Japan.
• To participate, you must add the Keio Plaza Hotel official LINE account as a friend and complete LINE authentication.
• At participating stores, each guest must order at least one eligible item.
  (For Food Boutique Poppins, a purchase of at least 1,200 yen including tax, which includes eligible items, is required.)

• The lottery results will be displayed immediately on your smartphone screen, and the winning prizes will be distributed in the form of "digital tickets" sent via messages from the Keio Plaza Hotel official LINE account.
• You may not transfer, cash in, or resell the prize rights to a third party.
• Please note that if you delete or block our official LINE account, you may not be able to receive your prize.

1. After winning, a digital ticket will be sent to you via the Keio Plaza Hotel official LINE account chat screen.

2. Please make a reservation in advance by phone or through our dedicated online reservation site.

3. Please visit our store.
   When you arrive, our staff will check your ticket screen.
   Also, at the time of payment, we will scan the QR code using a designated device.

• Digital tickets (hereinafter referred to as “tickets”) can only be used for designated menu items at participating stores.
• Each ticket can be used only once.
• We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds due to customer convenience.
• We are unable to provide change when using tickets, as well as refunds or exchanges for cash after the ticket has been used or has expired.
• Resale of tickets and listing them on auction sites or flea market apps is strictly prohibited.
• Tickets can be used on smartphones (iOS 10.0 or later / Android 7.0 or later).
  They cannot be used on feature phones, computers, or printed paper tickets.
• Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request due to full occupancy or other reasons.

• Campaign details and prizes are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.
• A smartphone is required to participate in the campaign.
  Additionally, internet connection fees and communication charges incurred during participation will be borne by the customer.
• The organizer cannot be held responsible for any inability to apply due to communication or device issues.
