Created to celebrate Keio Plaza Hotel's 55th anniversary, HIROBA ALE is our 4th original hotel beer.
From selecting the hops to brewing, our restaurant and bar staff were involved in crafting this special beer.
Based on a refreshing White Ale, it combines delicate floral aromas with a rich, layered flavor, making it a perfect companion for both toasting and dining.

A Beer Crafted with Gratitude, Made for New Memories
To celebrate our 55th anniversary, HIROBA ALE was created with gratitude for the past and hopes for the future.
Our in-house brewing team carefully selected the malt and hops at Kiuchi Brewery's beer workshop, learning firsthand how even the timing of adding hops can transform a beer's aroma and finish. Each step of the brewing process was completed by hand.
