- What are the benefits of membership?

In addition to the points program, we offer a variety of benefits that can be used for accommodation, restaurants, bars and lounges.

Membership registration is for individuals only. We do not accept registrations under corporate names.
- If I lose my membership card, can I have it reissued?
- As of Thursday, August 1, 2024, we will no longer be reissuing plastic cards. From now on, please use the "Digital Exective Card," which can be displayed on devices such as smartphones. If you have a membership card with a credit function, please contact your credit card company.

If you do not use Keio Plaza Hotel chain (Shinjuku, Hachioji, Sapporo) for 5 years, your membership will expire.
- How can I use my Plaza THANKS points?

- Applying points to payments
Points can be used at a rate of 1 JPY to pay for stays, restaurants, and bar/lounge purchases at Keio Plaza Hotel hotels (excluding Sushi Kyubey). Points will not be added to your bill.
- Points exchange products
You can exchange your points for hotel gifts, accommodation vouchers, or meal vouchers.
*We do not ship overseas. Items can be shipped to a domestic address or picked up at the museum.

Plaza THANKS points are valid for a maximum of 3 years, including the year they were earned. For more information, please visit My Page or contact the Membership Office.
- How can I check my point balance?

You can check your point balance from My Page. Your point balance is also displayed in your statement and in some email newsletters.
- Can I share points with my family?

Points can only be used by the person who registered as a member. Points cannot be transferred or combined between membership cards under different names. Only one membership card can be used per transaction.
- What can I do on my page?

On your My Page, you can view your digital Exective card, check and change your registered details, check your point balance and stage, apply for point exchange, and cancel your membership.

- How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership from My Page. Alternatively, please contact the Membership Office. If you have a membership card with a credit function, please contact your credit card company. Please note that all points you have will expire upon cancellation.
- Can I use Keio Passport Card?

Keio Plaza Hotel Chain is a member of the Keio Point Service. You can earn Keio Points or use them to pay for your stay.
Please note that Keio Plaza Hotel "Plaza THANKS Points" and Keio Passport Club "Keio Points" cannot be used together.
