We offer a special natural yam from Sasaki Farm in Karatsu, Saga Prefecture, served as tororo (grated yam) and tempura.
Please also enjoy the strong-kneed Nagaoka Koshihikari seaweed soba from Kojimaya in Niigata Prefecture, topped with sticky seaweed, okra, and nameko mushrooms.
