We offer you a special natural yam from Sasaki Farm in Karatsu, Saga Prefecture, served as tororo (grated yam) and tempura.
Along with this, enjoy the strong textured Nagaoka Koshigane seaweed soba from Kojimaya in Niigata Prefecture. For a unique experience, try the sticky and slimy toppings of mekabu (seaweed), okra, and nameko mushrooms as a bukkake soba (soba with toppings poured over).
In celebration of Saga, please enjoy your meal in Arita porcelain.
