Our Executive Chef Masayuki Tozawa visited a vegetable producer in Hachioji, Tokyo, as he wanted to introduce Tokyo-grown vegetables to our guests. Under the vast Tokyo sky, he encountered fresh, vibrant green vegetables. These vegetables, which often add a touch of elegance to dishes, are featured as the main ingredients in our menu degustation, allowing you to enjoy them in various culinary creations.
