To commemorate the 55th anniversary of the hotel's opening, "The Christmas Letters by Keio Plaza Hotel"
The theme is to envelop the entire building in the warm colors of Christmas.
The Christmas tree, approximately 5 meters tall, is decorated primarily in red and gold, accented with letters sealed with wax, expressing gratitude. It conveys our appreciation to all visitors.
Gift boxes are placed at the base of the tree, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the entire building.

- The postcards you send will be collected by the event secretariat and shipped sequentially from Monday, December 14. Please understand that it may take longer than usual to receive them due to the collection process.
- We do not guarantee arrival by Christmas.
- We cannot guarantee the number of days for delivery after mailing. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, disasters, or other postal circumstances.
- Please note that you cannot specify the arrival date or check the shipping status. Also, we are unable to provide individual assistance or compensation for any issues related to the delivery status or non-arrival of items after they have been handed over to the post office.
- The event secretariat cannot be held responsible if the mail cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address, illegible handwriting, or other such reasons.
- After mailing, contents cannot be checked, returned, or cancelled.
- Postcards that are returned to us due to undeliverable addresses or other reasons will be kept at the event office for one month. After the storage period, they will be properly disposed of by shredding to protect personal information.
