- At the time your exchange application is accepted, the required number of points will be deducted from your point balance.
- Product image for illustration purposes only. Some products may be changed or discontinued without notice.
- The number of points required for redemption is subject to change without notice.
- Resale of various products and point exchange certificates is strictly prohibited.

[Regarding Various Point Exchange Certificates]
- Please exchange your point vouchers for certificates in advance before use. We cannot reissue them after they have been issued.
- The validity period for various point exchange vouchers is 6 months from the date of issue for paper tickets (some exclusion periods apply). Extensions of the validity period cannot be accommodated.
- Depending on the reservation status of the applicable facilities, we may not be able to accept the use of point exchange vouchers.
