Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Keio Plaza Hotel. Due to a system failure, some of our membership services are currently experiencing the following issues.
- For some accommodations and restaurant bills, there are situations where regular and bonus points cannot be awarded.
- The usage history and points balance for accommodations and restaurants may not be displayed correctly on the My Page (Digital Executive Card).
- We have temporarily suspended the acceptance of point redemption products since September 25, 2026 (Friday). Although it may appear that the application has been completed on the website, we have not been able to process the orders.
We are currently working towards recovery. We will inform you of the restoration and resumption of various services on our official hotel website as soon as the situation becomes clear.
