Cantonese Cuisine & Japanese Wine - The First Chinese Cuisine Maker's Dinner

We will be hosting a winemaker's dinner where you can enjoy the pairing of wines from Chateau Mercian, one of Japan's leading wineries, with a delicate and elegant course meal.
Our head chef and sommelier visited Mariko Winery in Nagano Prefecture and, after numerous wine tastings, have created a special course menu.

On the day of the event, we will invite the winery manager to talk about the appeal of Japanese wine and his thoughts on winemaking.
We offer a special moment to enjoy with all five senses.
Please take this opportunity to enjoy the exquisite pairing of Nan-en 's cuisine and wine.
