To celebrate the 200th anniversary of the prestigious Champagne house, Joseph Perrier, we have prepared a special one-night-only dinner featuring French cuisine adorned with autumn ingredients.
On the day of the event, we will be welcoming Benjamin Fullmont, the current head of the Maison, who will share with us the history and allure of Champagne.
Using locally sourced ingredients from Tokyo and a rare Takamori Wagyu beef from Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, our chef personally visited these regions to handpick the finest ingredients. Through the delicate French cuisine and the diverse Champagne pairings, we invite you to indulge in the ultimate pairing experience.
