For Guests with Children ​

For guests with children aged 3 and under, we offer the following amenities as special benefits, available only in rooms with a bathroom that has a washing area. These amenities have been well received by guests, including those staying in a hotel for the first time.

• Bottle Sterilizer Set / Milk Formula Dispenser / Baby Bath (with Water Temperature Gauge)
• Toilet Seat Riser / Step Stool / High Chair
• Diaper Disposal Bin with Lid / Puzzle Mat
• Bedwetting Pad

Children of preschool age (one child per adult) who do not require a bed may stay for free using existing bedding. We do not have a separate accommodation charge for children.
Please note that this applies only if the child does not use a separate bed.

We provide 500ml mineral water bottles for each guest (excluding infants sharing beds) in all rooms. Additionally, the tap water in our rooms is safe for drinking. To help you prepare milk comfortably, we have also provided electric kettles.
Furthermore, we offer the following amenities and items for children:

• Additional Towels
• Baby cot (for children up to 10 months who are not yet standing)
  *May not be available in some room types.
• Bed Guard
  (Can be installed only on the sides) *Cannot be installed at the foot of the bed.
• Yukata (Sizes 100-140cm)
• Children's Amenity Set (toothbrush, slippers (approx. 20cm), mini handkerchief, sponge)

For guests staying on a breakfast-included plan, breakfast for children aged 6 and above is included in the accommodation fee. Children sharing a bed with an adult may enjoy breakfast for free, provided the adult is dining at the buffet.
*Please note that if you are ordering from the à la carte menu, there will be an additional charge for children sharing a bed.

If you have chosen a plan without breakfast, the Western and Japanese buffet breakfast is priced at 3,000 JPY (tax and service charge included) for children aged 6 to 12, and is free for children aged 5 and under.

Babysitting services are available in guest rooms (Japanese only, reservations must be made at least two days in advance). If you wish to use this service, please apply using the reservation form.

Nursing room: A dedicated nursing room is available on the lobby floor Main Tower.
Restrooms with diaper changing tables are available in the women's restrooms on the upper floors (42nd, 43rd, and 47th floors) and lower floors (2nd, 4th, and 5th floors) Main Tower. However, they are not available in the Club Lounge on the 45th floor.

Restrooms with baby chairs: Available in the women's restroom on the 47th floor Main Tower, the women's restroom on the lower floors on the 5th floor (inside the barrier-free restroom/baby strollers can be used), and the women's restroom on 2F.
