Rebujito is a popular Spanish summer cocktail, and we have reimagined it with ginger and mint to create a pleasant spicy flavor. This modern blend was crafted by the 7th Master Blender, Stephanie Macleod. A blend of over 40 different eaux-de-vie, centered around Aberfeldy aged for over 15 years, results in a sweet, fragrant aroma and smooth taste that can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, from neat to in a highball.

◆Dewar's 18 Year Old: ¥45,000
Blended from whiskies aged 18 years or more, this whisky features a harmonious balance of key malt characteristics from the five distilleries owned by John Dewar & Sons. It boasts a smooth flavor with sweet notes reminiscent of almond, vanilla cream, and soft butter.
