Remy Martin Coupe 300th Anniversary Bottle

This is a limited edition eau-de-vie, created to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the Maison. It was crafted by our cellar master, Baptiste Loiseau, from a rare “Réserve Perpétuelle” (Perpetual Reserve) – a symbolic blend that has been passed down through four generations of cellar masters. The grapes used to make this eau-de-vie were harvested exclusively from the Grand Champagne region, renowned for its exceptional terroir that imparts outstanding aroma and aging potential.

Using Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal as the base, this classic espresso cocktail features the subtle sweetness of ruby chocolate amidst the bitterness of espresso.

Focusing on French Western confectionery culture, we added elements of traditional Western confectionery, cheesecake, to the dessert cocktail “Alexander”. The moderate acidity of the cheese and the smooth aftertaste spread in your mouth along with the rich flavor of the base.

A cocktail inspired by the traditional French dessert, Crêpe Suzette. Savor the luxurious aroma of Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal and orange curaçao.
④ Remy Ginger Highball - 2,400 yen
Named after the royal charter issued in 1738, Remy Martin 1738 Accord Royal offers a brandy highball with a rich oak character and a full-bodied flavor that sets it apart from whiskey.

Rémy Martin Seminar Reservation Required
At Main Bar, Brillant, we will be hosting a one-day-only event where Wayne Chang, Remy Cointreau Prestige Brand Consultant, will share the story of Maison Remy Martin's cognacs, which have a 300-year history, and unravel the mysteries of their individual flavors.
On the day of the event, you will have the opportunity to sample six different types of Remy Martin, including XO, VSOP, and Remy Martin 1738 Accord Royal. Additionally, a Remy Ginger Highball, available for purchase at Aurora, will be served as a welcome drink.
